RETURN POLICY

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from a Third Party Fulfillment Centers located in different spots all over the country. Fulfillment time could take up to one to five (1 to 5) business days.

 

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to TimsVeterans@gmail.com within two (2) days of the order placement and must state “CANCELLED” with the referenced order number

 

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

Customer must notify the Company of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the Company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the Company.

 

Returns

We have a 14 days return policy. Unfortunately, after 14 days we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All cosmetics, skincare products, hair care products, supplements, and personal care items must remain unopened. 
 

Perishable goods such as food are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns on any products that are considered personal protective equipment (PPE), intimate or sanitary goods.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, Tim’s Goods cannot provide a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

We are strongly recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the proper receipt of your returned item

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

To receive a refund, product must be returned to the above location. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund or exchange within 72 hours. We will notify you by email when refund has been processed. After that a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note: Any payment processing fees associated with your order will be automatically dedicated from the refunded amount during the processing of any/all returns. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally are contingent on customs regulations and may expect delays. The company is not held responsible for these delays and cannot provide any refunds if goods are forfeited. You are hereby notified, as the customer, of this risk and that you assume all responsibility. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with Company’s carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment, then the Customer is liable for all shipping charges and will be credited for all merchandise return in SELLABLE condition.

 

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
